Custom Alerts

Enjoy added security and convenience with your Team One Visa Platinum when you set up Alerts through eZCardInfo.com.

To set up alerts for your Team One Visa, within Online Banking select 'eZCardInfo' under the 'Banking' tab. Once you are logged into eZCardInfo, select 'Alerts'.

Set up Custom Alerts to send notices to one or more email address or to your cell phone. Custom Alerts can be set up to send the following notices:

  • Payment is due in x days
  • Credit limit is reached or exceeded
  • Available balance drops below $x
  • Balance is within $x of credit limit
  • Balance exceeds $x or drops below $x
  • A payment posted
  • A credit posted
  • A single transaction exceeds $x

You can also select Standard Alerts to be notified of online profile updates, card expiration and payment returns.

Report Lost/Stolen Card

Contact us at (989) 754-6575 during normal business hours to report a lost or stolen card.

You can also contact Visa directly at 1-800-325-3678.

Please be sure to review your statements promptly and notify us or Visa immediately of any unknown or questionable transactions. If you believe there is any transaction errors, please be sure to report it within 60 days of the statement date.
