Member Services are available by appointment only.

To schedule an appointment with one of our friendly Member Service Specialist, please call 888-288-3261 and provide the following information:
• Service or product you are scheduling the appointment for
• Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Number of attendees (limit 2)

Please remain in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time.

Personal Protection Equipment
When visiting our branch location you will notice that we have installed new personal protection equipment and designated physical distancing signs on the lobby floor for your safety. Also, we will continue to properly clean and sanitize our facilities routinely throughout the day and prior to opening.

Masks and Protective Mouth Coverings are required to enter

For added protection, Team One Staff will wear masks when interacting with Members face-to-face. We will require that all Members visiting our lobbies wear masks that safely cover their mouth and nose. If for some reason you are unable to wear a mask, please feel free to utilize our exterior drive-up ITM. Also please be aware that our Staff may ask you to briefly remove your mask, sunglasses and hat to verify your identity and safeguard your account.

Limited Lobby Occupancy
In accordance with suggested physical distancing guidelines, we will have a maximum limit of 5 Members permitted inside the building until further notice. As always, please feel free to call us to make an appointment in advance if you’d prefer.
