    eAlerts are free and included with your Team One Online Banking service. Choose to receive eAlerts when the following events occur:
  • Payroll Deposit occurs
  • Automatic Deduction occurs (examples: utility payment, insurance payment)
  • Account balance exceeds or falls below specified level
  • CD matures or is renewed
  • Overdraft Transfers and Non-Sufficient Funds
  • Security Alerts

Setup eAlerts

  1. Login to your Online Banking account. You must be enrolled in Online Banking to sign up for eAlerts.
  2. Click on the eAlerts tab located on the top main menu.
  3. Review alert examples on the eAlerts Management page and Click Enroll to get started.
  4. Enter the Phone Number or Email Address you would like your eAlerts sent to and Click Save.
  5. Once you save your phone number or email address you can add new alerts by clicking Add Alert located in the top right corner.
  6. In the Add Member Alerts section select the type of alert(s) to add by clicking on the box next to the alert description.
  7. To add eAlerts for Shares or Loans, click Add Share Alert or Add Loan Alert. Use the dropdown to select the loan or share.
  8. After you have added all your alerts, Click Save.
