Combined Username and Password

The Online and Mobile Banking login look has changed. Instead of entering your username on one screen and the password on a second screen, the username and password will be located together on one login screen.

If your Online and Mobile Banking is set up with a security image and/or security questions, the security image and security questions will be going away. This new, single screen login process will continue to ensure the high level of account security you expect. Additional security options include SMS text messages, voice and email verification. You will need to verify and update your contact information and enable SMS text messages to experience the new security features. See the Update Contact Information and Verify SMS Text Messages are Enabled instructions below.

Update Contact Information and Verify SMS Text Messages is Enabled

In order to ensure the highest level of security through the new, single screen login process, you will need to verify we have your preferred email and phone numbers for Online and Mobile Banking and you have SMS text messages enabled. (Please note, this can be done after the change goes into effect on April 7, but please do so as soon as possible to ensure optimal security.)

Verification Steps

    In Online Banking:
  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Click on your name/profile in the upper right corner of the screen
  • Click on Settings
  • Click on Contact
  • Verify that your contact information is correct and make updates if necessary
  • To verify that SMS is enabled, click on the edit pencil next to your mobile phone number and make sure “Enable SMS text messages” is selected
    In Mobile Banking:
  • Log in to Mobile Banking
  • Select the Menu icon in the upper left corner
  • Under Links click on Settings
  • Click on Contact
  • Verify that your contact information is correct and make updates if necessary
  • To verify that SMS is enabled, click on the edit pencil next to your mobile phone number and make sure “Enable SMS text messages” is selected

If you use both Online and Mobile Banking, you only need to go through the verification process on one platform. Finally, be prepared to use your phone for SMS text message and voice verification and your email for email verification once the change take places.
