A few of our branch lobbies are closed. Please call 888-288-3261 for your branch hours and availability.
Most of our branch lobbies are open for service including lobby Teller Transactions with a maximum capacity limit of 5 Members permitted inside the building.
Member Services will continue to be available by appointment only!
To schedule an appointment with one of our friendly Member Service Specialist, please call 888-288-3261 and provide the following information:
• Service or product you are scheduling the appointment for
• Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Number of attendees (limit 2)
Please remain in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time.
We are eager to continue providing the exceptional financial service and assistance that you have come to expect from your credit union with your safety in mind.

Personal Protection Equipment
When visiting our branch location you will notice that we have installed new personal protection equipment and designated physical distancing signs on the lobby floor for your safety. Also, we will continue to properly clean and sanitize our facilities routinely throughout the day and prior to opening.
Masks and Protective Mouth Coverings are required to enter
For added protection, Team One Staff will wear masks when interacting with Members face-to-face. We will require that all Members visiting our lobbies wear masks that safely cover their mouth and nose. If for some reason you are unable to wear a mask, please feel free to utilize our exterior drive-up ITM. Also please be aware that our Staff may ask you to briefly remove your mask, sunglasses and hat to verify your identity and safeguard your account.
Limited Lobby Occupancy
In accordance with suggested physical distancing guidelines, we will have a maximum limit of 5 Members permitted inside the building until further notice. As always, please feel free to call us to make an appointment in advance if you’d prefer.

Team One has taken the necessary steps to ensure that all of our facilities are receiving enhanced sanitation and thorough cleaning protocols to help mitigate exposure of the virus.
If you would like to take additional precautions by limiting your exposure to public crowds, we encourage you to take advantage of our free remote service options including:
• Online, Mobile and Text Banking
• Remote Deposit Capture
• ATMs and ITMs
• Audio Telephone Teller
• Call Center
We at Team One Credit Union take your physical and financial health very seriously because you are not just a Member to us but also a part of our family. As a reminder, please follow these healthy best practices to protect yourself from becoming ill or preventing the spread of illness:
• Wash hands often and with soap water for at least 20 seconds
• Use an alcohol based hand sanitizer
• Avoid touching your nose, mouth and eyes
• Sanitize cell phones and personal devices regularly
• Avoid shaking hands
• Cover your cough or sneeze
• Avoid exposure to others who are sick
• Stay home when you are sick
