ITM Live Support Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
Sunday: Closed
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm

Remember, you can use the ITM just like a drive up teller window during Live Support Hours by simply touching the screen and pressing “HELP” to speak to a Team One Representative.
ITMs cannot disburse cashier's checks, money orders or coin. Nor can they accept documents or coin. Members will need to visit our Lobby in order to do these types of transactions.
ITMs can also be used just like a traditional ATM 24/7.

*You do not need an ATM or Debit Card during Live Support to process your transactions; however, you will need a valid driver’s license or state issued ID. Please Note: Money Orders and Cashiers Checks cannot be issued through the ITM. Please use the lobby.
