Receive Team One alerts to your email address or phone!
eAlerts are free and included with your Team One Online Banking service.
Choose to receive eAlerts when the following events* occur:
- Payroll Deposit occurs
- Automatic Deduction occurs (examples: utility payment, insurance payment)
- Account balance exceeds or falls below specified level
- CD matures or is renewed
- Overdraft Transfers and Non-Sufficient Funds
- Security Alerts
Setup eAlerts:
- You must be enrolled in Online Banking to sign up for eAlerts
- Login to your Online Banking account
- Click on Tools > Alerts
- Verify General Alerts is toggled ON
- Select the Category for the alert you want to set up
- Select the Account then turn on/off the Alerts
When turning on an alert, you must provide either email or phone number, under your Profile > Contact that are Preferred Methods of contact.
- Mobile phone must be confirmed to receive alerts by phone by following on-screen prompts.
*Please note that some alerts may take up to 24 hours or longer to be received.
