Team One Credit Union is proud to be a founding partner of Credit Union Trust

Our Story
Credit Union Trust was organized by credit unions to serve the needs of credit union members and to assist members in the creation, protection, and preserving of wealth for themselves and their heirs.

What we do
Credit Union Trust provides trust and investment management related services primarily to credit union members. While credit unions routinely provide a range of wealth management services for members, they are by law unable to directly provide fiduciary and trust administration services. Credit Union Trust now provides these services to members and the public. Credit Union Trust also offers investment management solutions for foundations, not-for-profit entities and community-based entities. 3 Benefits A Trust Account Has Over A Will
  • More Privacy – Wills are public documents that anyone can access. A trust, on the other hand, is a private document that’s accessible only to the trustee and their chosen designates.
  • Control of Asset Distribution – A trust allows you to pay out inheritances in smaller payments, and to condition them according to attainment of specified milestones.
  • Ease of Use – A trust can give you more control and more privacy than a will, including the ability to avoid probate.

Credit Union Trust does not guarantee investment results in its fiduciary accounts. Where non-deposit investment products are used, such investment products are not insured by the FDIC, are not deposits or other obligations of Credit Union Trust and are not guaranteed by Credit Union Trust, and are subject to investment risks, including possible loss of the principal invested.
