Team One Credit Union is proud to announce its recognition by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group as one of America’s Best Regional Banks and Credit Unions 2024. This prestigious award acknowledges Team One’s unwavering commitment to delivering service excellence to its valued membership. In a survey that gathered feedback from over 35,000 individuals including more than 140,000 reviews of regional banks and credit unions, Team One stood out amongst its peers, setting the standard for exceptional service, community engagement, and quality products.
Since stepping into the role of CEO in 2023, Derrick Barber has worked to modernize the credit union, advocating for more convenient and accessible services for members. He expressed his gratitude for this award stating:
